Differential ventilation controller
The AVC300 utilizes ambient temperature and humidity as well as crop temperature probes to control the ventilation fans in a grain store. Set points allow you to control how dry the air should be as well as setting the temperature you would like the crop cooled down to. Based on these settings the AVC will bring on an off the ventilation fans when the conditions are right.
An automatic system minimizes the time you need to spend managing the temperature in your store.
Differential cooling saves energy as well as money by only running the ventillation fans when they will do the most good.
As well as push in lance probes for floor stores the AVC300 can read our TBK temperature cables designed to hang inside silos and provide temperature readings from differant hights in the silo.
The AVC300 also includes a real time clock allowing you to set the system to take advantage of off-peak power.
The AVC300 can be used with our range of wireless temperature probes.
Designed for semi permanant sensing, the quad kit can be left in the store and daisy chained back to the HTM200.
For small silos the TBK33 has 3 temperature sensors at differant points down it's length which can be easily read by the HTM200.
The LVC300 is a simple, low cost differential fan controller for grain stores.
Utilzing an ambient temperature probe and up to four crop probes, the LVC300 operates two 240v ac outputs to power low volume ventilation fans.
With a differential point set the LVC300 will operate the fans whenever conditions are right. The LVC300 can also work in ambient only mode where it will bring on the fans when the ambient temperature is below a set point.

The LVC300 has an easy to use interface allowing you to scroll through the crop temperatures and set the differential with just a few key presses and no complicated settings to deal with.
The LVC300 is designed with pedestal fans in mind, The 240v output allowing it to power most single phase pedestal fans directly meaning you don't have to worry about any complicated contactor panel.
The LVC300 can be used with a more fixed installation, the multiple crop probes giving a good coverage in smaller crop stores and the twin outputs easily able to switch contactors for larger ventilation fans.
